When you choose a breeder make sure you visit them twice to interact with the puppies
Puppies that are not yet fully weaned should stick be suckling from their mother
Ensure you see the full litter of puppies with the mother and the father if possible. They should play normally and the mother will be showing an interest in the puppies. Puppy farms usually separate the mother from the litter or have a fake mother that will show no interest
Puppies need to be clean, Bright and very alert and full of energy
